Special Return policy for Ready to Ship Dolls

Due to the nature of our products, we usually don’t accept return. However, since we have high confidence on our
Ready To Ship dolls, we offer a special return policy.

• If you are not happy with what you have received, you can contact us
  within 24 hours upon receiving your doll to initial a return request.
• The doll, including the package, must be in the original condition. i.e. never been used, damaged,
  contaminated (Photo verification may require).
• We will take 15% restocking fee from the refund.
• The return shipping is at buyer’s cost.
• The policy only apply to the “ready-to-ship” dolls shipped from the US warehouse. Not include accessories and other customized products.
