Due to the nature of our products, we usually don’t accept return. However, since we have high confidence on our
Ready To Ship dolls, we offer a special return policy.

If you are not happy with what you have received, you can contact us
within 24 hours upon receiving your doll to initial a return request.
The doll, including the package, must be in the original condition. i.e. never been used, damaged,
contaminated (Photo verification may require).
We will take 15% restocking fee from the refund.
The return shipping is at buyer’s cost.
The policy only apply to the “ready-to-ship” dolls shipped from the US warehouse. Not include accessories and other customized products.
